Requirements
- 2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services
- Management or supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Active EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license
- Working knowledge of workers compensation and occupational health and wellness
- Ability to manage budgets and monthly financials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage local and corporate client relationships
- Supervision and leadership of full-time, part-time, and contract clinic staff
- Monitor budgets and partner with leadership to control expenses
- Travel to visit client sites and clinics
- Redesign new processes and workflows to address operational problems
