- Experience with document management systems and policy conversions.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex initiatives across the life insurance and annuity landscape.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications.
- Align project outcomes with client expectations and strategic business goals.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage system integrations and platform upgrades.
- Implement digital and AI-based initiatives.
