Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales within healthcare IT or direct hospital environment experience.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and accurately in clinical/IT settings.
- Knowledge of EHR, patient monitoring, cardiology management, and obstetrics IT systems.
- Understanding of clinical workflows in critical care (ER, ICU, telemetry, peri-op, obstetrics).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnights.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers in the whitespace and close orders.
- Sell new products and expansion into existing customers.
- Produce and conduct sales presentations.
- Conduct sales demonstrations of AirStrip ONE for clinicians, IT, and administrators.
- Generate sales proposals, executive summaries, ROI projections, and pricing quotations.
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Report sales activities in Salesforce.com.
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the Director of Account Management on upsell opportunities.
