Responsibilities
- Support design thinking practices to understand user needs.
- Participate in generative and evaluative research activities.
- Assist in planning and supporting workshops and co-creation sessions.
- Synthesize user and operational data into design opportunities.
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to high-fidelity UI designs using established patterns.
- Apply and maintain existing design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile ceremonies.
