Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 7 years of experience driving Continuous Improvement processes and projects
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- 1 year experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping
Responsibilities
- Simultaneously lead / execute 3-5 complex, prioritized, cross-functional initiatives delivering expected results.
- Collaborate with leadership team to determine initiative objectives, establish priorities and timetables, determine improvement approach(es), develop improvement actions, assign/lead resources/tasks.
- Report on key milestones and critical business initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Use lean value stream mapping and DMAIC to collaborate with business leaders.
- Proactively identify, help prioritize, manage, and guide implementation of approved projects and front-line problem solving.
- Build organizational continuous improvement culture by coaching functional team members during white / yellow belt training.
- Lead assigned kaizen events.
- Deliver $1M in annual project benefits while driving improvements in customer experience.
- Facilitate change management with projects through delivery / conclusion.
