Requirements
- Associate degree (Required)
- 2 years experience managing position control processes and budget alignment.
- 2 years experience administering compensation programs including benchmarking and market pricing.
- 3 years professional experience performing accurate data entry in HRIS or business systems.
- 3 years professional HR experience including working with employee records and FTE management.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills.
- Ability to analyze workforce and compensation data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end position control in Workday including creation, modification, and inactivation.
- Administer compensation transactions including salary changes, bonuses, and equity adjustments.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday Core HCM.
- Create and maintain job requisitions and descriptions.
- Conduct regular audits of employee records and personnel data for compliance.
- Prepare workforce and compensation reports for leadership.
- Liaise between HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to resolve data issues.
- Support HRIS system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
