Requirements

  • Associate degree (Required)
  • 2 years experience managing position control processes and budget alignment.
  • 2 years experience administering compensation programs including benchmarking and market pricing.
  • 3 years professional experience performing accurate data entry in HRIS or business systems.
  • 3 years professional HR experience including working with employee records and FTE management.
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills.
  • Ability to analyze workforce and compensation data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end position control in Workday including creation, modification, and inactivation.
  • Administer compensation transactions including salary changes, bonuses, and equity adjustments.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday Core HCM.
  • Create and maintain job requisitions and descriptions.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and personnel data for compliance.
  • Prepare workforce and compensation reports for leadership.
  • Liaise between HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to resolve data issues.
  • Support HRIS system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
