Responsibilities
- Champions best practices, coaches teams, and visualizes organizational work.
- Effectively communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries.
- Optimizes team flow, addresses issues, and builds agile capabilities.
- Leads continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery.
- Identifies and rectifies issues in team dynamics.
- Contributes to product delivery phases with Customer Success and Product Lead.
- Manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
