Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience on complex web, SaaS, marketplace, CRM, or partner-portal products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to shipped product.
- Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, information architecture, and product judgment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experimentation with AI tools in product development.
- Ability to explain design decisions based on evidence, constraints, and data.
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including flows, prototypes, and specs.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for Provider workstreams from discovery through production.
- Translate complex marketplace and partner operational requirements into intuitive workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define problem framing, success criteria, and release scope.
- Design for trust, clarity, and usability in high-stakes provider workflows.
- Utilize research, analytics, and provider feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Communicate design rationale and strategy to product, engineering, and senior leadership.
- Extend and apply shared design patterns to ensure platform coherence.
- Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate prototyping and design exploration.
- Mentor other designers through critique and shared storytelling.
