Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing / inside or outside sales position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Highly meticulous and organized with multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-driven and proactive with accountability.
- PC proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with military or government customers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day communication and problem resolution for assigned customers.
- Partner with Military Account Manager to secure pricing agreements and submit quotes.
- Educate new customers on ordering processes and registration.
- Update RMS system for status changes from quote to order.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers on pending orders.
- Obtain sign-offs for order releases.
- Process award notifications.
- Train and support new team members on operational processes.
- Oversee executive level opportunities and key business segments.
