Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
- Strong communication skills including writing and providing feedback.
- Proficiency in interview techniques and conducting kick-off meetings.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Proficiency with ATS, sourcing extensions, and dashboard analytics tools.
- Experience in product companies is preferred.
- Experience closing performance marketing and analytical roles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop search strategies and conduct sourcing for middle to head-level roles.
- Act as owner of the recruitment process, validating vacancies and forming candidate profiles.
- Interact actively with and provide guidance to hiring managers.
- Analyze recruiting activities and metrics from funnel to quality of hire.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience.
- Initiate and conduct effective TA activities like bar-raising, automation, and networking.
