Requirements

5+ years of user research, UX research, product research, design research, or mixed-methods research experience
Strong command of qualitative research methods including interviewing and usability testing
Experience influencing product strategy and design direction
Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize efforts against business needs
Experience pairing qualitative research with analytics, experimentation, or operational data
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to explain how methods and evidence shaped product decisions

Responsibilities

Lead research across Consumer and Provider experiences
Independently own generative and evaluative research
Shape and maintain a practical research plan tied to product strategy
Plan and run interviews, usability studies, concept tests, and surveys
Synthesize findings into crisp, decision-oriented artifacts
Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Sales
Contribute to repeatable research practices and insight repositories
Experiment with AI-assisted workflows for research tasks
