Requirements
- 12+ years in security, infrastructure, or cloud consulting.
- 7+ years focused on Azure security, IAM, and enterprise governance.
- Deep hands-on and architectural expertise across Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and Zero Trust design.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, data classification, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and compliance controls.
- Demonstrated ability to support pre-sales, solution development, and executive presentations.
- Strong consulting and delivery leadership skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- SC-100, AZ-500, or SC-300 certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex security engagements centered on Azure Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft Purview / AI Governance.
- Provide senior technical leadership across multiple strategic client engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders including security, infrastructure, data, and executive leaders.
- Design and lead implementation of enterprise security architectures across Azure and hybrid environments.
- Lead engagements focused on Microsoft Purview, information protection, data security posture management, and AI governance.
- Contribute to sales enablement, solution development, and proposal activities.
- Help scale the security practice through reusable assets and accelerators.
- Mentor architects and engineers and coach teams on emerging Microsoft security capabilities.
