Requirements
- Proven experience in paid media, digital marketing or performance marketing (ideally 5+ years).
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social and digital advertising principles.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, while supporting paid search activations.
- Support the planning and execution of paid media strategies aligned with demand generation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure paid media activities support broader campaign objectives.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using data and insights.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate audience targeting, creative messaging, and bidding strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through conversion rate optimisation and attribution analysis.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including plans, test results, and performance insights.
