- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with hiring managers.
- Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and improve output quality.

- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
