Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend software engineering with strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js
- Proven full-stack development capabilities, including experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and service integrations
- Demonstrated experience integrating third-party platforms and external APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, containerized environments, and modern deployment practices
- Working knowledge of Web3 technologies, blockchain transactions, or decentralized applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
- Experience with payment systems, fintech platforms, or digital wallets is considered a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Own and develop backend capabilities that power end-to-end checkout and transaction workflows
- Design and implement scalable integration frameworks for external service providers
- Define, maintain, and evolve API contracts and backend services
- Build resilient solutions for asynchronous, long-running, and failure-prone workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and platform teams
- Contribute to frontend development where required
- Participate in technical discovery, architectural discussions, and continuous improvements
- Take ownership of features from concept to deployment
