Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager on a B2B digital product, in a startup or scale-up
- Strong product discovery: customer interviews, hypothesis testing, problem framing
- Track record of driving delivery across design and engineering, end-to-end
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar) in your daily work
- Strong user empathy combined with business judgment
- Very good stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to make trade-offs and keep momentum in ambiguous environments
- Native level of CZ/SK/PL/HU and Fluent English (B2+)
Responsibilities
- Run product discovery with clients, HR buyers, and end users
- Shape the roadmap and write clear, well-scoped requirements
- Drive delivery across design and engineering
- Own outcomes and track product performance
- Close feedback loops and iterate
- Keep Sales, CS, and leadership aligned on priorities and trade-offs
