Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a treasury analyst or equivalent finance role.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-currency cash operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems and accounting software.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining financial models.
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets).
- Deep understanding of International Accounting Standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash positioning within Treasury Management Systems.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, cash in kiosks, and cash in transit.
- Perform full bank account reconciliation to support monthly close.
- Oversee bank relationships and administration for domestic and international operations.
- Monitor fund disbursements for compliance with international accounting standards.
- Maintain rolling 13-week and 26-week cash forecasts.
- Prepare ad-hoc management reports on budget utilization and variances.
- Monitor for irregular transactions and financial compliance.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management.
