Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong, demonstrable Apex skills (triggers, classes, callouts)
- Hands-on experience building and consuming REST API integrations from Salesforce
- Proven ability to operate as the sole technical resource
- Experience with Salesforce case management, onboarding flows, and process automation
- Comfortable working from design artifacts to implement UI changes
- Experience with LWC (plus)
- Prior experience with ServiceNow–Salesforce integrations (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Prepaid or financial services Salesforce implementations (advantage)
- Strong written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce using Apex callouts
- Review and maintain API Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- Troubleshoot API errors, failures, and outages
- Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and handlers
- Configure validation rules, field dependencies, and workflow logic
- Build and configure onboarding Salesforce cases
- Update Salesforce UI components (LWC or page layouts)
- Support API-driven data population and rendering
