Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant career experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing, analytical, or strategic roles.
- Prior experience in healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at customer management and building relationships.
- Experienced in prioritization and project management.
- Ability to challenge customer thinking through insights and analysis.
- Ability to crisply articulate problems and solutions.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under uncertainty.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Lead preparation of monthly account meetings and QBR decks.
- Proactively assess and monitor customer health via key performance indicators.
- Diagnose barriers to program performance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support renewal and expansion efforts with analysis and materials.
- Manage day-to-day operational coordination with internal teams.
- Participate in client meetings and present materials.
- Contribute the customer perspective to cross-functional product and service discussions.
