Requirements

  • Prior experience in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at customer management and building relationships.
  • Experienced in prioritization and project management.
  • Ability to challenge customer thinking through insights and analysis.
  • Ability to crisply articulate problems and solutions.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Lead preparation of monthly account meetings and QBR decks.
  • Proactively assess and monitor customer health via key performance indicators.
  • Diagnose barriers to program performance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support renewal and expansion efforts with analysis and materials.
  • Manage day-to-day operational coordination with internal teams.
  • Participate in client meetings and present materials.
  • Contribute the customer perspective to cross-functional product and service discussions.
