Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS full cycle sales experience exceeding quota in commercial accounts.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS evaluation processes.
  • Ability to execute on each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Experience managing customer life cycles from engagement to renewal.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Passion for new technologies and technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prospect new opportunities with existing customers by identifying high-value needs.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand footprint and drive revenue.
  • Expand brand awareness at the c-suite, operational and team level.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
  • Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans.
  • Maintain records in Salesforce using MEDDICC guidelines.
