Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS full cycle sales experience exceeding quota in commercial accounts.
- Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
- Thorough understanding of SaaS evaluation processes.
- Ability to execute on each stage of the sales cycle.
- Experience managing customer life cycles from engagement to renewal.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau.
- Passion for new technologies and technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas.
- Execute a solution-based sales process with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prospect new opportunities with existing customers by identifying high-value needs.
- Leverage existing relationships to expand footprint and drive revenue.
- Expand brand awareness at the c-suite, operational and team level.
- Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans.
- Maintain records in Salesforce using MEDDICC guidelines.
