Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial experience building applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern Next.js development, including App Router.
- Good understanding of React Server Components and Server Actions.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Experience integrating AI-powered functionality into products.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs.
- Familiarity with streaming responses, structured outputs, tool calling, and prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Experience working with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong communication skills and active listening.
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant frontend solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.
- Integrate OpenAI and Anthropic models into production applications.
- Develop AI-powered workflows and user experiences.
- Implement streaming, tool usage, and structured outputs.
- Participate in technical discussions and project workshops.
- Work directly with client stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Help translate business requirements into technical solutions.
