Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in risk management, change management, and dependency tracking
- Experience with stakeholder communication across business, IT, and international teams
- Practical experience with Jira
- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation initiatives within a multi-market program
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, roadmaps, milestones, and budget
- Work with business process owners to analyze needs and prioritize initiatives
- Coordinate cooperation between multiple stakeholders across markets
- Prepare project reports, KPI dashboards, and recommendations
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and status updates
- Maintain project governance using Jira and tracking tools
