Proven experience leading frontend developers: you have a track record of mentoring, giving effective feedback, and supporting individual growth.
Strong expertise in Next.js or comparable React-based frameworks: especially in production, client-facing web applications.
Solid grasp of SEO and accessibility: Core Web Vitals, SSR/SSG strategies, structured data, and WCAG 2.1 standards.
Experience in project estimation and scoping: you can break down requirements, identify risks, and produce reliable timelines.
Comfort with the sales process: participating in pre-sales calls, technical discovery, and proposal preparation.
Excellent client communication skills: English at C1 level.
A blend of hands-on engineering mindset and leadership maturity, combined with a strong team-first attitude.

Mentor developers: guide less experienced team members through code reviews, 1:1s, and career conversations.

Ensure engineering excellence: guarantee our products are fast, accessible (WCAG-compliant), and SEO-friendly across modern frameworks like Next.js.
Support the sales process: estimate new projects, join pre-sales calls.
Partner with clients: act as a trusted technical advisor - running discovery sessions, presenting solutions, and managing expectations throughout delivery.
Bridge engineering and business: make informed decisions that balance technical quality, user needs, and commercial outcomes.
