Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience in Python, Go, or Shell Script
- 5+ years of AWS Connect (VoIP) experience
- In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience administering and deploying cloud resources in AWS and GCP using IaC
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain systems for declarative application and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
- Improve deployment processes by automating delivery pipelines, database migrations, and operational tasks
- Prioritize and troubleshoot system issues, alerts, and downtime
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions
- Develop and enforce Identity Access Management (IAM) policies
