Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in technical client services
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based architectures
- Strong expertise in Large Language Models (especially Gemini) and conversational AI platforms
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with vector databases and SQL/NoSQL systems
- Understanding of enterprise security, PII handling, and AI safety principles
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced AI agents using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, Gemini models, and CXAS
- Lead migration of legacy conversational systems to modern generative AI architectures
- Design and implement Agent Assist solutions and leverage CCAI Insights for analytics
- Integrate AI agents with CCaaS/telephony platforms and CRM systems via APIs
- Build and optimize prompt engineering and orchestration layers
- Design and maintain RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Terraform
- Establish Agent Ops practices including performance monitoring
