Requirements

- Experience within financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, or lending
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional phone presence and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional during sensitive financial conversations
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management software
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
- Provide accurate information about available programs and financial solutions
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referral channels
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
- Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calls when required
- Understand each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems
