- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or operations management experience.
- Experience managing multi-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of leasing, vacancy management, unit turns, maintenance coordination, rent collections, and evictions.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing operations in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the Miami and Orlando property management portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team spanning leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development.
- Establish and manage KPIs for team members and departments.
- Oversee leasing operations, vacancy management, and unit turns.
- Serve as a key point of contact for property owners and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage maintenance operations and vendor relationships.
- Oversee rent collection processes and delinquency monitoring.
- Develop and improve operational workflows and procedures.
