Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management (Nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration (Nice to have).
  • Previous experience working within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment (Nice to have).
  • Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows (Nice to have).
  • Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain creative assets across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
  • Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while keeping timelines and priorities aligned.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and stage visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.
  • Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
  • Support content production operations and help maintain smooth day-to-day project execution.
