Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration (Nice to have).
- Previous experience working within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment (Nice to have).
- Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows (Nice to have).
- Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain creative assets across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
- Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana while keeping timelines and priorities aligned.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on content and creative deliverables before submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Manage and stage visual assets within Figma for review, presentation, and production handoff.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between creative, strategy, and stakeholder-facing teams.
- Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Support content production operations and help maintain smooth day-to-day project execution.
