Requirements
- 1+ year of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role
- Understanding of AWS cloud services
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals, preferably with exposure to Amazon EKS
- Basic experience with Terraform or understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Git, and GitHub
- Basic scripting skills with Python and/or Bash, and experience with Linux administration
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar
- Understanding of basic cloud security principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Support AWS platform operations, infrastructure maintenance, and day-to-day DevOps activities
- Work through AWS Security Hub findings, remediation items, and basic cloud security improvements
- Assist engineering teams with infrastructure-related requests, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitHub-based release workflows
- Support environment-to-environment deployments and help reduce manual deployment effort
- Support deployment and operation of workloads running on Amazon EKS
- Assist with Kubernetes administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation tasks
- Support Salesforce DevOps Center and GearSet deployment processes
- Research new technical challenges, document findings, and share recommendations with the engineering team
- Support infrastructure needs for AI-powered products, data platform workloads, and emerging technology initiatives
