Requirements

- 2 or more years of ABA scheduling experience
- Scheduling software experience
- Intermediate understanding of Google Workspace and Gsheets
- Intermediate understanding of MS Word and Excel
- Proficiency with IOS and email
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling processes of your assigned region(s)
- Manage schedules for all MeBe’s clients and services
- Maximize client authorizations and optimize provider availability
- Complete morning cancellation process and schedule coverage
- Produce and deliver ongoing reports related to scheduling
- Approve hourly employee time cards and reconcile differences
- Provide concierge-level customer service and manage center phone system
- Manage client and staff records in CentralReach EHR
