Requirements

  • 7+ years in experiential marketing, events, community, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven experience in high-growth consumer, health/wellness, or DTC brands.
  • Experience building an events or community program from scrappy to scaled.
  • Operator mindset with ability to manage both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Track record of driving measurable acquisition and managing CAC.
  • Experience building and managing a distributed field team.
  • Brand partnerships or business development experience.
  • Strong creative instinct and content sensibility.
  • Exceptional project management and logistics skills.
  • Experience with startup pace and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Rythm’s barbell event strategy.
  • Design activation systems with repeatable kits, mockups, and logistics.
  • Oversee event operations end-to-end including vendor management and logistics.
  • Drive measurable subscriber acquisition at every activation.
  • Build a Community Lead program and manage distributed field representatives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnership deals.
  • Generate a steady stream of UGC and content from events to feed digital channels.
  • Build and manage the Events & Community P&L.
