Requirements
- 3+ years in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing.
- Hands-on Amazon expertise across advertising, retail fundamentals, and platform tools/programs.
- Experience in an agency environment, ideally marketplace or eCommerce-focused.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and align on business goals.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in data-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end-to-end and serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders.
- Develop annual brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, and supply chain recommendations.
- Identify new workstreams and upsell opportunities proactively.
- Coordinate with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure project delivery.
- Own reporting, recaps, and action items.
- Monitor Amazon and marketplace updates and translate new opportunities into actionable recommendations.
- Support new business pitches and develop internal best practices and SOPs.
- Run onboarding and training sessions as needed.
