Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven outbound track record
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while simultaneously hunting new business
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes and priorities
  • Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habits
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Background in food service, hospitality, logistics, or wholesale distribution (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations or supply chain workflows (Preferred)
  • Experience managing high-volume, transactional account bases (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business
  • Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account notes, and activity logs in the CRM
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and reorders
  • Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client experience
  • Participate in regular sales reviews and contribute to process improvements
