Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 2-3 years of prior B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Strong business acumen including sales, revenue, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot experience a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software desired.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and plan with customers 3-6 months in advance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales and ordering process including webstore building.
- Prospect and onboard new customers while servicing existing ones.
- Meet monthly and annual sales order goals.
- Analyze sales reporting to inform decision making.
- Communicate value proposition across the customer journey.
- Travel to industry trade shows and events.
