Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of prior B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen including sales, revenue, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot experience a plus).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software desired.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and plan with customers 3-6 months in advance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales and ordering process including webstore building.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers while servicing existing ones.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales order goals.
  • Analyze sales reporting to inform decision making.
  • Communicate value proposition across the customer journey.
  • Travel to industry trade shows and events.
