Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role, ideally within insurance or claims finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of P&L structures, including expense tracking, revenue analysis, and profitability assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting for claims performance, including expense analysis, efficiency metrics, and revenue components such as TPA fees, recoveries, subrogation, and salvage.
  • Partner with claims, accounting, actuarial, and data teams to collect, validate, and interpret key operational and financial data.
  • Analyze trends in claims cycle times, processing efficiency, and cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements across claims operations.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness for all monthly and quarterly deliverables.
