Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
- Experience with building applications via AI coding agents (Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex).
- Proficiency in Python 3.11+.
- Proficiency in React.
- Experience with AWS.
- Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP standards).
- Experience with MySQL.
- Experience with containerized environments and RESTful APIs.
Responsibilities
- Authoring code for implementing features for the product using Python/React.
- Break down high-level product goals into well-defined, modular engineering tasks.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of both human and AI-generated code.
- Ensure design plans adhere to architectural decisions with a focus on modularity.
- Develop and optimize CICD pipelines that incorporate AI agents and automated testing.
- Design and test structured instructions and prompts for AI agents.
- Contribute to domain models and technical documentation.
- Serve in an on-call rotation and respond to production issues.
- Mentor others and foster a strong engineering culture.
