Requirements

- Strong credit risk experience.
- Thorough understanding of best practices for preventing service-related chargebacks.
- Experience in improving policies and operations.
- Fraud and/or compliance risk experience.
- Experience working with rule-based fraud detection tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with small business owners.
Responsibilities
- Performing complex fraud investigations using a wide variety of data.
- Assessing the chargeback risk of each business.
- Working directly with small business owners to establish good business practices.
- Minimizing fraudulent activities and identifying risk exposure.
- Determining regulatory or compliance violations.
- Looking for opportunities to improve current workflows and process efficiencies.
