Requirements

  • Ability to apply principles such as charge capture, coding, billing, reimbursement, and denial management.
  • Experience with A/R management, process improvement, and standardization.
  • Experience with audit readiness, audit material preparation, and corrective action plans.
  • Experience with compliance management, policy development, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex revenue cycle data and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with electronic health records and billing systems.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and reconciliation of A/R data to identify trends.
  • Support the development and implementation of A/R management strategies.
  • Prepare and organize materials for internal and external audits.
  • Develop clear, concise, and well-supported audit responses.
  • Implement corrective action plans to address audit findings.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and industry regulations.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and federal healthcare regulations.
