Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance/FP&A
- Experience in both large public companies and smaller, high-growth companies
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors
- Technical capability to build complex financial models
- Experience with detailed data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills with track-record for building collaborative relationships
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual cycles for financial forecasting and reporting
- Manage the overall Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Innovate and improve the cross-functional financial planning processes, reporting standards and KPIs
- Provide decision-support to business partners across the company on key financial and operational topics
- Go deep with ad hoc analysis to generate business insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Responsible for Board & Parent Group updates and Financial Management Reporting
