Requirements

  • Experience leading or coordinating an operations, service, account management, or benefits support team.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience building or improving workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
  • Comfort working in systems-heavy environments and using CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coach team members and manage accountability.
  • Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, ICHRA, or ACA (preferred).
  • Health & life insurance licensing (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICHRA team and own team outcomes.
  • Manage and resolve escalations by driving issues through to completion.
  • Build and maintain clear workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Oversee support/ticketing operations for ICHRA.
  • Track and report on key operational KPIs including enrollments and payments.
  • Run recurring team huddles to review performance and priorities.
  • Maintain centralized visibility through shared trackers and Salesforce.
  • Partner with leadership to identify process gaps and support scalable operations.
