Requirements
- Experience leading or coordinating an operations, service, account management, or benefits support team.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience building or improving workflows, SOPs, and process maps.
- Comfort working in systems-heavy environments and using CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach team members and manage accountability.
- Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, ICHRA, or ACA (preferred).
- Health & life insurance licensing (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICHRA team and own team outcomes.
- Manage and resolve escalations by driving issues through to completion.
- Build and maintain clear workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Oversee support/ticketing operations for ICHRA.
- Track and report on key operational KPIs including enrollments and payments.
- Run recurring team huddles to review performance and priorities.
- Maintain centralized visibility through shared trackers and Salesforce.
- Partner with leadership to identify process gaps and support scalable operations.
