Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid search management at scale.
  • Deep command of keyword strategy, match types, auction dynamics, and Smart Bidding.
  • Fluency in core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share).
  • Working knowledge of GTM, conversion tracking, and data feed management.
  • Strong strategic and execution-minded approach to in-platform work.
  • Proven ability to translate complex performance data into clear client recommendations.
  • Experience with cross-channel paid media (Google Search, PMax, GDN, YouTube, DemandGen, Shopping, Microsoft Bing).

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-channel paid media strategy for enterprise and multi-location clients.
  • Own performance end-to-end by driving a disciplined optimization cadence.
  • Manage cross-channel budgets and reallocations.
  • Validate conversion tracking, attribution, and call tracking inputs.
  • Design and execute structured tests using the TELO framework.
  • Deliver performance narratives and prioritized recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to agency standards.
