Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid search management at scale.
- Deep command of keyword strategy, match types, auction dynamics, and Smart Bidding.
- Fluency in core performance metrics (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share).
- Working knowledge of GTM, conversion tracking, and data feed management.
- Strong strategic and execution-minded approach to in-platform work.
- Proven ability to translate complex performance data into clear client recommendations.
- Experience with cross-channel paid media (Google Search, PMax, GDN, YouTube, DemandGen, Shopping, Microsoft Bing).
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-channel paid media strategy for enterprise and multi-location clients.
- Own performance end-to-end by driving a disciplined optimization cadence.
- Manage cross-channel budgets and reallocations.
- Validate conversion tracking, attribution, and call tracking inputs.
- Design and execute structured tests using the TELO framework.
- Deliver performance narratives and prioritized recommendations to clients.
- Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to agency standards.
