Requirements

  • 2–4 years in a technical support role
  • Proficiency in any major programming language (preferably Python)
  • Strong expertise in AWS
  • Experience with Docker and container networking
  • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK/SDK
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub
  • Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, and Windows
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable using AI tools for support workflows
  • Experience in handling complex customer issues in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliable L2 support coverage for our Brazilian client Itau during BRT hours
  • Work independently to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Reproduce complex scenarios using various technologies
  • Extend support to other Americas-based customers where capacity permits
  • Maintain high standard of service through clear, empathetic, and professional communication
