- Proficiency in RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier or IFTTT.
- Strong skills in scripting languages: Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure and GCP.
- Knowledge of Next.JS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience managing and delivering automation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments.
- Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define automation opportunities.
- Design and architect robust and scalable automation solutions.
- Implement and integrate automation solutions, including RPA and workflow automation.
- Oversee the deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of automation solutions.
- Monitor automation performance and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams.
- Develop detailed technical documentation.
