Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn’s projects and initiatives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to social outcomes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of programs aligned with Vosyn’s ESG goals.
- Prepare detailed, data-driven reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for program improvements based on evaluation findings and emerging best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about new methodologies, tools, and industry standards for impact measurement.
