Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, CSR strategies, and sustainability practices.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, or TCFD).
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Experience with market research and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Support the preparation of ESG and CSR reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG and CSR goals into business strategies and operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, environmental impact, and social engagement.
- Engage with stakeholders to support CSR projects and foster positive community and environmental outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry developments, sustainability trends, and regulatory changes to support ESG strategy and reporting.
