Requirements
- Senior-level professional software engineering experience in high-scale, high-visibility environments.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong capabilities in Python.
- Experience developing modern applications with backend system integration and robust API design.
- Solid foundations in data structures, distributed systems architecture, and secure API management.
- Hands-on experience engineering asynchronous workflows, rate-limiting, and payload queue management.
- High proficiency in English for daily technical communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead the long-term maintenance, scaling, and reliability of our self-hosted n8n enterprise automation engine.
- Write custom node code and develop advanced webhooks to extend platform capabilities.
- Design robust, asynchronous, and non-blocking workflows capable of smoothly throttling or queuing API payloads.
- Manage production-grade infrastructure and collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve system bottlenecks.
- Bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level operational strategy.
