  • Experience managing people and providing creative direction
  • Strong fluency in analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategy

Responsibilities

  • Lead the social strategy for LTK across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Translate LTK’s core narratives, brand messages, and business priorities into channel strategies
  • Shape social presence across consumer and corporate social channels
  • Own social editorial planning and channel programming
  • Set content direction for original social-first storytelling
  • Analyze performance data to refine social strategy and improve engagement
  • Manage the paid social strategy and ensure alignment with organic efforts
  • Manage and develop direct reports across content creation and community management
