  • Experience recruiting in healthcare and/or SaaS within a fast-paced startup.
  • Strong generalist capable of recruiting for technical, customer-facing, and operational roles.
  • Track record of running a recruiting function with limited support.
  • Confidence and credibility to partner with senior leadership.
  • Direct experience in compensation benchmarking and pay equity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools for recruiting.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to building diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across the company from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives regarding hiring strategy.
  • Build and actively manage candidate pipelines, with a focus on diversity.
  • Direct contract recruiters and administrative support staff.
  • Implement and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in recruiting tasks.
  • Partner with the Director of Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking and pay equity.
  • Manage external recruiting agencies as needed.
  • Track and report on recruiting data including time to fill and source quality.
  • Improve hiring processes, applicant tracking system, and interviewer training.
