Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
- Experience with building applications via AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex.
- Relevant experience in Python, React, and AWS.
- Knowledge of OWASP security standards.
- Ability to write secure, scalable, and well-tested code.
Responsibilities
- Authoring code for implementing features for the product using Python/React.
- System Design & Task Decomposition: Break down high-level product goals into well-defined, modular engineering tasks.
- Code Review & Validation: Conduct in-depth reviews of both human and AI-generated code.
- Architectural Oversight: Ensure design plans adhere to architectural decisions.
- AI-Integrated Development Lifecycle: Develop and optimize CICD pipelines that incorporate AI agents and automated testing.
- AI-Oriented Prompt Engineering: Design and test structured instructions for AI agents.
- Serve in an on-call rotation to remediate production issues.
- Mentor others and foster an engineering culture.
