Responsibilities
- Own filing payment operations end-to-end within assigned jurisdictions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex tax notices across filings, payments, and agency systems.
- Drive complex corrections and reconciliations for payment issues.
- Partner with R&D, Product, and cross-functional teams to improve system behavior.
- Identify patterns across payments and notices to reduce risk and shorten resolution times.
